Welcome to Dynamic Bodies, Fitness Studio, located at 318 Guelph St. Unit #13. Our brand new private Fitness Studio in Georgetown, Ontario. We have been fortunate enough to be working with and helping the women and some men, of Georgetown and surrounding areas reach their fitness goals for nine years!  Dynamic Bodies has five Personal Trainers, myself, Sharron, Kim, Jenn and Angie, as well as two Yoga and Pilates Instructor Jenn and Joseanne. All of us have been in the fitness industry for many years and are certified in various forms of training techniques. Meet us all on the Meet the Trainers  page.

Our mission for our personal training clients is to create a private, safe and non-intimidating environment, and for them to be trained by a certified and experienced trainer, who not only has a passion for exercise, but for helping people as well.

Our mission for our fitness classes is not to overcrowd a room, but instead, create a comfortable and safe environment, where all participants can receive attention and the focus of our trainers, while having a fun time being taken through a fantastic full body workout.

We offer a FREE Fitness Consultation for your Personal Training sessions.Upon completion of your Fitness Consultation, a one-on-one customized program will be created that will focus on your individual needs and level of fitness. The Fitness Consultation will allow you to meet our personal trainers, as well as see our Personal Training & Fitness Studio in Georgetown, it will allow us trainers to learn more about you to ensure we are giving you everything you need to have the best workout and results possible. Bring a friend and save with my small group rates. We offer several fun, full body fitness classes which include, TRX Suspension Training, Kickboxing, Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Strength & Cardio Circuit and Classes Mommy & Baby Fitness. All classes are maxed at ten peoplel to ensure a comfortable environment and the focus of the trainer on each individual person. Our Personal Training and Fitness Studio in Georgetown creates a comfortable, non intimidating atmosphere, where you are guaranteed to get a great workout and have fun while doing it!
