Personal Training for Women creates a comfortable, non intimidating atmosphere. You will work with one of our female Personal Trainers who will guide you through a well planned exercise regimen.
Choosing Personal Training is a smart way to get started with strength training as you will be guided through every step to ensure proper form is being done to prevent injury. Personal Training for Women will also help to keep you motivated by encouraging you to do that last rep, by mixing up your workouts to make them fun and interesting, and to have that commitment to return!
Upon completion of your Fitness Consultation, a one-on-one customized program will be created that will focus on your individual needs and level of fitness. The FREE Fitness Consultation will allow you to meet our trainers as well as see our Personal Training Studio in Georgetown; it will allow us trainers to learn more about you to ensure we are giving you everything you need to have the best workout and results possible.
